Our V-Grooved MR MDF sheet pattern replicates the look of a Tongue & Groove panelling but much easier and quicker to put up, creating a clean modern look to your living space and with great results.

You can mount either vertical or horizontal. The MDF sheets are easy to paint and can be bonded with most modern glues or they can be screwed and filled before painting.

There are 2 options :

Option 1 -14mm wide x 7mm deep (min 15mm MDF) 

Option 2 - 18mm wide  x 9mm deep (min 18mm MDF)

Please contact us if you require alternative thickness or groove depth-distance, we make in-house and can supply all bespoke panelling.

• Sheet Size = 1200mm x 2400mm.
• Sheet Thickness = Choose from list.
• Groove Angle = 45 degrees.
• Groove Depth = 7mm or 9mm.
• Groove Width = 14mm or 18mm.
• Sheets will seamlessly join to create continuous grooves along groove edge.
• Groove Centre Distance = 300mm. 
• Can be mounted Vertical or Horizontal
• Moisture Resistant MDF (MR) Medium Density Fibreboard Carb 2 Compliant CPD Compliant EN13986 Internal Humid Non-Structural EN622-5 H1 FSC
• FR Class B MDF is available - Please contact us for any bespoke sheets.
